What Comydo does
Comydo is an on-demand access control system that fully digitizes access to parking spaces. The principle: users receive individual QR codes on their smartphones. These codes are time-limited, personalized, and can be issued for specific parking spaces, time zones, or user groups. On-site, the user simply holds the code in front of the scanner, and the barrier or gate opens automatically.
Alternatively or additionally, Comydo offers a camera solution with license plate recognition: anyone entering with a registered license plate gains access without any further action – no code, no opening an app, no additional hardware for the users. Permissions can be managed, granted, and revoked at any time via the Comydo web portal or via API.
Comydo can be used as a standalone system or integrated directly into existing booking and management processes via API – without technical hurdles or media discontinuities.
What ParkEfficient contributes
ParkEfficient handles the entire logic behind it: Which parking space is available? Who is allowed to book when? How long is the authorization valid? As soon as a booking is completed in ParkEfficient, the system automatically generates the appropriate Comydo access code – without manual intervention, without separate administration.
Bookings, active authorizations, and access history all converge in the ParkEfficient dashboard. Operators can see in real time who is on the premises, which parking spaces are occupied, and when authorizations expire.
What the combination achieves
For users, the process is completely digital and frictionless: book, receive QR code, enter – done. For operators, the entire manual management of keys and transponders is eliminated. Lost keys, forgotten returns, time-consuming reprogramming: all of that is a thing of the past.
