What EVVA does
EVVA develops and manufactures mechanical and electronic locking systems for residential, industrial, and commercial buildings. The AirKey and Xesar product families enable flexible, fully digital access control: keys are issued via smartphone or RFID, with time limits and no need for physical handovers. AirKey turns your smartphone into a key, allowing access to be managed via an app and unlocked or locked down to the second whenever needed.
What ParkEfficient contributes
ParkEfficient manages who has access to which area and when. Through the interface with EVVA AirKey, permissions are passed on automatically: an active booking in ParkEfficient generates the corresponding digital EVVA key – no manual assignment, no physical handover required.
What the combination achieves
Users book their parking space and automatically gain access to all relevant areas – underground garage entrance, stairwell, elevator, and storage room. Operators manage all permissions centrally in ParkEfficient, while EVVA handles the physical implementation. Lost access media, manual issuance, and key duplication are all things of the past.
